Brittani's Poem

Her eyes like a beautiful jewel

I get lost in them like a fool

Her smile so vibrant and bright

It can keep me up all night

Together we have so much fun

I never thought a girl would be the one

Her heart so precious and pure

He laughter is my undeniable cure

I spent so long in the dark

Her presence leaves a bright mark

She's scared and so am I

But we can't let this pass us by

Right now, we're far apart

One day, we'll have a new start

A place of our own

A place we can call home
